New York Teamsters Announce Endorsements for 2020 Elections

Teamsters Joint Council 16 announced Congressional, State Senate, and State Assembly endorsements today for the general election on November 3, 2020. Joint Council 16 represents 120,000 workers in New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley.

“These are the leaders we need in Washington and Albany to fight for working families and get us through the pandemic and recession,” said George Miranda, President of Teamsters Joint Council 16. “Teamsters will be turning out in big numbers across New York and across the country in this historic election to get our candidates elected to office.”

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters previously endorsed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for President and Vice President.
