Teamsters Joint Council 16 Applauds Heastie Election as Speaker
NEW YORK, NY – George Miranda, President of Teamsters Joint Council 16, made the following statement today in response to Assemblyman Carl Heastie’s election as Speaker of the New York State Assembly. Teamsters Joint Council 16 represents 120,000 workers in Downstate New York.
